We have 4 fast charging stations and 4 (240 volt) stations.

Nursing Room – For your convenience, the centre has 2 nursing rooms.
Two stations are located throughout the centre near Entrance 2 and 8.

Personal entertainment and electronic devices may only be operated at acceptable locations and volume levels. Photo and/or video devices may only be used with prior approval from the center management.
DISTRIBUTING LITERATURE/SOLICITING
Distributing printed materials and/or soliciting of any kinds strictly prohibited. Pre-approved exceptions may apply.
DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR
Running, skate boarding, rollerblading, hover boards, drone operation, littering, profane language, mischief vandalism, and the unsafe use of elevators and escalators is prohibited. Any act that violates Municipal, Provincial, or Federal laws or regulations is prohibited.
EATING AND REST AREAS
Please refrain from abusive or prolonged use of food court tables and shopping center seating.
APPROPRIATE ATTIRE
Attire that may be considered objectionable, constitutes a disguise, hoods, and/or is intended to conceal identity is not permitted.
PERSONAL MOBILITY DEVICES
Motorized wheelchairs and motorized scooters must be operated at low speeds to ensure the safety of all visitors.

Our Security team patrols and monitors Les Promenades Gatineau and its parking facilities 24-hours a day, 365 days a year in a marked Security car.
