Curbside Pickup is available by select stores from marked zones in our parking areas. Participating stores will provide you with a pickup location when you complete your order.

Our food court will satisfy any kind of appetite. Highchairs for little ones and reserved areas for those with mobility disabilities are available. Consult the list of restaurants
Electric-vehicle charging stations are available for shopping guests at entrances 5 and 7.
We have 4 fast charging stations and 4 (240 volt) stations.

Nursing Room – For your convenience, the centre has 2 nursing rooms.
Two stations are located throughout the centre near Entrance 2 and 8.
Our Security team patrols and monitors Les Promenades Gatineau and its parking facilities 24-hours a day, 365 days a year in a marked Security car.
